In the city of Ridgewood, there is a beautiful park in the
middle of the town. the park is located at van Neste square. The significance
of this park is i
t hosts a monument that is dedicated to the people that lost
their lives during world war I. Both on and around the statue are the carved
names of the fallen heroes that gave their lives to protect justice and liberty
from the fascist hands of the opposing force.
